Partner with us
Partnerships begin when a community or organization brings us a question. The work depends on trust, and partners decide with us what can be shared publicly. We work with community organizations, First Nations, municipalities, health agencies, and industry. If your organization has a housing, air quality, or climate question that needs measurements, get in touch and we can discuss whether the lab is a good fit for the work.

How a partnership starts
Start with the question
We talk about the housing or building issue, who is affected, what decisions the work needs to support, and whether the lab has the right expertise.
Set the terms together
Before fieldwork, we agree on roles, timing, funding, research ethics, data governance, and what may be reported publicly.
Collect and interpret the evidence
Projects may include measurements, interviews, workshops, training, or testing. Partners review the interpretation and any public materials that concern their community or organization.
